Like you know from Spybot-S&D 1.2 there exist two modes in which you can start
and run the application. So if you should miss some functions like the Tools section
or the Settings section you are very probably in the "Default Mode" (in Spybot-S&D 1.2
this was called "Easy Mode"). Like in version 1.2 you can now also switch over to the
"Advanced Mode". New in Spybot-S&D 1.3 is, that you can switch between the two modes directly
from within the program. In the menu bar at the top there you will find the button "Mode".
By clicking this one you can switch to your favorite mode.
